SA WINE BARRELS PTY Ltd is an International Leading Manufacturer and Supplier of Hand Crafted Barrel Furniture and Related Barrel Products. Our Furniture and Kegs are of the finest quality in the world and we pride ourselves in our quality of artistic workmanship in all our products.

Our Mission is to supply all our clients with the best possible product at the most competitive price and we strive to give the best customer service possible.

We want all our client to be happy, that’s why If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

How to prepare your products for a return?

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, you are responsible for the following when returning your product(s).

Contact our Head Office immediately to make necessary arrangments.
Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

When can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or if the product was damaged in transit, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Should a product be damaged

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery you have to contact us immediately with the delivery note number quoted on your delivery slip.

SA Wine Barrels will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated the damage we will at your choice repair or replace the product as soon as possible (Please take in consideration that manufacturing lead time might apply as all our products are handmade).


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
